Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Steady Minds Learning Pty Ltd · ABN 71 701 669 507 · alana@steadymindslearning.com.au
Steady Minds Learning is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all children and young people. The wellbeing of children is our highest priority. We actively promote a culture where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning.
Scope
This policy applies to all services currently delivered by Steady Minds Learning Pty Ltd, including:
- personalised resources built from information supplied by the parent or guardian: the Report Summary, the school documents summary, One Tool and the Homework Starter Kit
- free discovery calls with parents and guardians
- Parent Consultations, which a student may attend with their parent or guardian
- the free Steady Homework app and the resources website (free and paid printables), which are designed for parents and do not collect information about children. Signing up collects only a parent's email address.
Child-Safe Principles
Steady Minds Learning Pty Ltd is guided by the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations:
- children have the right to feel safe and be protected from harm
- the best interests of the child are prioritised in all decision-making

- resources and advice are designed to support, not undermine, a child's sense of safety and wellbeing at home
Professional Conduct
Steady Minds Learning Pty Ltd:

- arranges and communicates about all services with the parent or guardian only
- designs resources and advice that are respectful, age-appropriate, and focused on the child's learning and wellbeing
