This Fee Schedule outlines the standard rates for services currently provided by Steady Minds Learning Pty Ltd. All fees are listed in AUD.
GST is not currently applicable, as Steady Minds Learning Pty Ltd is not registered for GST. Clients will be notified in writing if this changes, and GST will be itemised separately on invoices from that date.
Fees are reviewed annually and may be adjusted with reasonable notice to active clients. Individual services may be quoted based on specific client needs.

Parent Consultation
For when you want to dig into where homework is going wrong.

Extra time: $50 per 15 minutes, by agreement during the session only. Charged in full 15-minute blocks.

For when you have the report but not the meaning.

One Tool

To order One Tool, send a message or book a free call and tell me what the tool is for. It's ready 3 working days after payment and the documents or information needed, with one round of changes within 14 days of delivery.
Homework Starter Kit
For when you want it all handled at once, ready 3 working days after payment and the documents or information needed.

Credits
Fees already paid for the same child count toward the next service ordered within 60 days. A Parent Consultation fee comes off a summary. The total already paid for a consultation and summary comes off the Homework Starter Kit. Travel and extra consultation time are not credited. Additional report fees are. If a consultation credit is more than a summary's price, the unused amount carries forward to the Kit. The 60 days run from the most recent consultation or summary delivery. Full conditions are in clause 2.4C of our Terms and Conditions.
Example: Parent Consultation $150, then Report Summary $30 ($180 less $150), then Homework Starter Kit $270 ($450 less $180). Total $450.
Travel Fees
Travel distance is calculated from the City of Melville, WA (in-person services only).

Payment & Policies

| Invoices | Consultations are invoiced after the session and due within 7 days. The Report Summary, school documents summary, One Tool and Homework Starter Kit are paid in full before work begins. |
