Your child's report, in plain English
You've got the report. Now you need to know what it says about how your child learns, and what to do next. A Report Summary turns it into something you can use at home and choose to share with school.

Report Summary
$180 for up to two assessment reports
Such as a psychoeducational, speech or OT report. Extra assessment reports are $60 each. Any school documents you have are included at no extra cost.
School documents summary
$90 · no assessment reports needed
Built from school documents only, such as school reports, NAPLAN results or a learning plan. Any of these is enough to start.
Both are ready three working days after I have payment and the documents needed. If anything in your summary is wrong or unclear, tell me within 14 days and I'll correct or clarify it.
A summary explains what a report means for homework and learning at home. I don't diagnose, assess, provide therapy or give medical advice, and a summary doesn't replace advice from your child's doctor, psychologist or allied health professionals. Questions about the findings themselves are best taken to the professional who wrote the report.
What you get back
Below is a sample made for Sam, a fictional Year 7 student, from a made-up psychoeducational assessment. It isn't based on a real child. It shows the layout and level of detail you'd get: page 1 explains what the report found, and page 2 sets out what helps at home and school.
- The big picture. What the report found about your child, in a few sentences, with no jargon.
- Strengths and learning needs. The findings most relevant to learning at home and school, what each result means, and what it doesn't mean. Percentiles explained, so the numbers make sense.
- What helps at home and school. The report's recommendations turned into practical steps, with suggestions you can share with teachers if you choose.
- A simple review plan. What to keep an eye on and, where the report gives one, when to check progress again.
School documents summary: the same layout, built from whatever school documents you send. It covers strengths and concerns, and what helps at home. Where available, it also covers trends across school reports and NAPLAN, and what the current plan asks for. What's in it depends on what you provide.
It's written for you, and you can choose to share it with your child's teachers. I don't send it to the school.
How it works
- Get in touch. Send a message or book a free 15-minute call, and tell me which reports or documents you have. You don't need everything ready before you ask.
- Payment and paperwork. I'll send a payment link and a secure upload link. For a school documents summary, send what you have. Ideally that's two consecutive school reports and NAPLAN results, so we can see the trend, plus your child's current IEP, documented plan or summary from the school. More documents give a clearer picture, but any of these is enough.
- Three working days later. Your summary arrives as a PDF by email, three working days after I have payment and all the documents needed for your summary. If I need anything else, I'll ask.
- Something wrong or unclear? Tell me within 14 days of delivery and I'll correct or clarify it at no charge.
- More reports? Each extra assessment report sent with your original documents is $60. If a new assessment arrives after your summary is delivered, I'll quote an update based on what's changed.
